VGA has several specifications that include video RAM that is of 256 KB, 256 or 16 color system. Color pallet of the value 262, 144, selectable 28.322 MHz master clock or 25.175 MHz. It is required to have pixels of 800 horizontal and 600 lines. A refresh rate of as high as 70 Hz is required and a smoothing scrolling hard ware is also needed.
